My best is 14.50 seconds and my average is 22-23 seconds usually. It is debatable wether I got lucky or not, but I just got 14.93 seconds yesterday, so that pretty much seals the case.

Yeah, we know how often you get lucky!  Now how good are you at solving cubes?[;)]

I am good at solving them, but not good at doing them fast. Still use a beginner's method with a few obvious short cuts you figure out after doing it so many times. Since my cube isn't lubed and I don't know any finger tricks, I only break the 1 minute mark when I get lucky.

You read the words, but completely missed the meaning of what I said.  Look again...

PB is a 9.73...but that's with an EASY F2L, a very simple OLL, and a PLL skip...nonlucky best is an 11.30...but at this point i usually average around 17's.

and im too lazy to learn OLL PLL algorithms anymore, whats the ZB method? they say thats the fastest.

ZB...ZB is a method in which the cross is done, the first 3 F2L slots are done, then one of approximately 300 algorithms is used to fill in the last slot while orienting the edges on the top layer. Then one of approximately 400 algs are used to finish the last layer in one algorithm. It can definitely be the fastest if mastered. However it's not practical.
