My best time solving a rubik's cube is 1:20 and i want to get faster. i have done vasoline and then i wiped that out. i am doing the layer method. Is there any way to get faster like, a lubercantion method or a new set of algorithms. Please help me!

What i did was go on youtube and typed in how to solve a rubik's cube in under a minute and a bunch of great videos showed up

The Fridrich method, also called CFOP, can be used to solve a 3x3x3 cube very quickly. It is similar to the layer by layer method, but uses more algorithms. One place you can find out about it is under "Fridrich (CFOP) System Section" on this page. Like speedcuber4221 said, there are great videos on YouTube.

This page gives an approach to learning the Fridrich method. It mentions things like learning 4-step last layer before learning full OLL and PLL (which are the last two steps of the Fridrich method). Again, YouTube has videos on it.

As for lubrication, do not use vaseline. Use something like 100% silicone spray or things made specifically for puzzles like Lubix

Hope this helps!
