Feliks uses the most common speedcubing metho the Fridrich's (cfop) method

PLL, OLL, f2l tricks, X-cross, COLL, ELL, multislotting, edge control, WV, some ZB. I think he knows those.

The reason he is so fast is not only because he can fingercube faster than nearly everyone it is also because his method(Fridrich) only takes about an average of 50-55 moves to solve the whole cube.

There are methods that less moves though. He has practiced for sometime, more practice will make you improve and even find out short-cuts.
