Is my cube original?

Postby J007 » Sat Feb 18, 2012 1:37 pm

Just bought a Rubiks Brand cube from my local store today, and everything looks fine, there is original package ,rubiks logo ,hungary, etc ... but some cube stickers are attached to the edges instead on center of the squares , some of them are slightly over the edges, and not propertly aligned..I think stickers on a my Rubik's cube will not last long :?
It seems to me that my cube is not original...How to find out?

Could we have a picture or two please? That would help identify it's origin.

***Moderator edit*** I've changed your link. You were trying to show a collection of images, but using script for a single one. The link works now.

"As suggested by the site admin, if you want to discuss non-rubiks related matters, go to a different forum, not this one!"
Thanks, I understand the response, which means that my cube is the original cube, unfortunately

I just checked the pics. Yes it is genuine. It looks like someone messed up with the stickering. I'll have a word with the staff who actually work for Rubiks and see if we can do anything.

Thank you anyway Borgi...
This is our reality here in Serbia,
