Competitions in LA,CA?

Postby bcrubiksmaster » Mon Aug 11, 2008 7:46 am

Does anyone know of any competitions happening in California (specifically Los Angeles) area? It would really help if you could tell me about them.

A Google search for 'rubik's cube competitions' led me to the World Cube Association website in a matter of seconds. Try to figure things out for yourself before asking such elementary questions next time.

I already googled 'rubik's cube competitions', but that's not what I'm looking for, genius. I want to know if anyone in LA is hosting a local tournament. Next time think before you discipline.

There you go. All the competitions that have been planned and announced. If you want to know when there's a competition in [insert location here], just keep your eye on that page. It lists ALL of them. Local, national, international, EVERYTHING.

Is that so hard?

Maybe I didn't make myself clear enough. By local, I meant,'unofficial.'

Again, think before you chastise.

There are enough official competitions and delegates in the LA area such that an unofficial competition is practically pointless.

Even unofficial competitions will be announced somewhere. Frequent cubing forums and check out sites like speedcubing.com regularly. Nobody will be making it their personal job to come and specially inform you.

The point of a forum is for people to answer other people's(?) questions. I was just wondering if anybody had any info. Apparently, you don't ,so please don't concern yourself with this thread.

really the point of a forum is to expand collective knowledge and advance ideas as a group, not a place for the lazy to troll the hardworking for answers, especially considering la is one of the major epicenters of cubing

1. The argument is already over

2. I'm not lazy

3. I can't think of a number three, so please just stop correcting me. (The only users that have permission to correct me are BLD and B-Fish[;)])
