If the CRC doesnt work you might try taking it apart and sanding it

but theres really no imperfections on the pieces.....there too small to have any
so how would i sand it?
and whats better for sanding a metal file or just sandpaper?

Sometimes the pieces just fit too close together and sanding all of the parts that touch each other removes a millimeter or so of plastic. some really fine sand paper should be ok, just dont sand too much . Try the CRC first
