It is funny, the first time I saw that video I didn't read the description saying it was a fake 9x9x9, I just figured the guy was super smart and made his own cube. I was assuming it was super unstable since it was a cube and not warped like the Verdes design, and that you would have to just slowly and carefully solve it so as not to break it. There are no 9x9x9s being manufactured currently. I can't wait until Verdes finally puts some out.
To those who think the 9x9x9 would be so hard, not really, once you figure out how to solve the final two centers, you can pretty much solve any size cube when you have the knowledge necessary to solve the 5x5x5.
