How to Solve a 4x4 cube

Postby borginator2 » Wed Sep 14, 2011 11:02 am

Here is my guide on solving a 4x4 cube:

Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-N16pG8td9g

Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHycsr1phXo

part 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-GseOcKOOA

You need to be able to solve a 3x3.

DISCLAIMER: I made this vid a while back (under the username heiowge). I will have to make an updated version at some point.

It's not actually a function. It's an Admin tool. I don't have it, but these solve guides were in response to the 1001 posts we get for how to solve various puzzles / cases. I posted them in accordance to several chats with the site Admins, who agreed that they need to be sticky.

Anyone who posts some similar solve guide for a RUBIKS puzzle (so not my square-1 or pyraminx etc tutorials), can ask if they can be stickied. If I update my solve guides, the improved version will replace the ones mentioned in each threads' first post.

That is really neat. So if I post a 3x3x7 guide, and it is good enough, my post will remain on here forever?

It's for a Rubik's brand puzzle I think.

Sorry, but no. These guides are strictly for solving currently sold or available Rubiks brand products.

Feel free to make a guide and post it in this section, but unless it meets the above criteria, it won't get stickied.
