Which method do you think is best

I have done some research and found that there are many different methods for solving the 3X3 cube. Which method do you think is best

Reduction. Because it works with 5x5, 6x6, 7x7... as well.

Method: Match up the centre squares, pair up the edges, solve like a 3x3. Fix parity if any at some point during the last stage.

For speed, I don't think there is a best method. See my post here for information about some really good ones.

If you're wondering about 3x3 solving for something else, just ask.
