Help with 3x3x3 please, this is really bugging me.

Postby slipknot9799 » Sat Apr 06, 2013 5:03 am

Hello, i have solved my cube before and upon trying it again i got stuck when trying to make the yellow cross. Everything up to that was fine but none of the algorithms work and i don't know what is wrong. I am sure nobody has tampered or even touched my cube. Here is a paint drawing. I would really appreciate it if somebody could solve this for me.

I've edited the pic so it fits - Borginator 2

Also, it looks like you have a flipped edge in the second layer, not the top one.
lol, here to help ^_~

It looks to me like Orange/Yellow is where Green/Orange should be. Either way, the second layer is not correct. It needs to be solved before the yellow cross is completed.

Ok, i feel really stupid. On the solution guide it shows the red and blue side and i thought those were the only sides i needed to solve. I fixed all the problems and can solve the whole thing pretty fast now. Thanks for the replies anyways.

Now your cube is fixed, maybe it's time to work on your art!
Please take off topic discussion off this forum. Thanks.
