Hi! I need help with my last center on 4x4 cube

Hi so I solved the rest of the cube except I can't figure out how to switch the two last pieces to complete the white and green faces. (I took the picture off the internet and photoshopped the center pieces haha)
Can someone help me?
The thing is, I don't understand the typical algorithms used that much because the notation can get confusing and looking back and forth at the computer screen and cube gets annoying.
I used this site: http://www.alchemistmatt.com/cube/revenge/sidecenters/sidecenters.htm which helped me towards the end, but the "Group 4" solution doesn't make any sense and it doesn't solve it for me...either that or I'm not doing it correctly.
Maybe if someone can help me solve the rest using that person's notion, I can finally get this thing solved!
Thanks!!

Go to the solutions forum. Look up my solve guide for the 4x4. There's an easy method for switching these pieces in the vid.

Use this vid for the 5x5. Go to 5 mins and 19 seconds and watch. The method works with any cube from 4x4 upwards. It's just easier to see with the 5x5.

The method will work and won't mess up your cube.
