It must be a simple truncated cube, there is one on sale on ebay.. Actually, it's a lot of like 25 of these puzzles.

Nope... the corners were 'shaved' off to such an extent that it affected more than just the corner cubie... it was shaved into the edge cubies, as well, slightly.  I will try and get a pic soon.
